Entering data into the form

La prima fase per il rilascio di un nuovo permesso consiste nell'inserimento dei vostri dati, in particolare:

• Permit details: specifies the rate and validity days.
• Personal information: enters the identity of the permit user.
• Unit data: uniquely identifies the unit to associate with the permit.

All fields are mandatory except the Email field.

The permit start date must be specified in day / month / year format. By clicking once with the mouse pointer on the permit start date field, a small blue window showing the calendar should appear.

The Place of birth and Place of residence must be selected from the selection field. As soon as the relevant Province is selected, the municipality selection field is enabled showing the municipalities of the selected Province.

If Place of birth or Place of residence is not Italian, just select [Abroad].

If Place of birth or Place of residence is not listed, just select [Not listed].

After entering the data, press Next to proceed to confirmation.

Confirm data

The confirmation page summarizes the data entered in the previous form. It is important to carefully check that the entered data is correct at this stage.

If the data entered is incorrect or you wish to change it, just press Edit data. Do not use your browser's Back button.

In the second half of the page, details about the tariff and payment method are shown.

Before proceeding, make sure you have selected a valid payment method.

Payment procedure

On this page, the number of the newly generated permit is shown and the actual payment of the permit is carried out.

Note the permit number for future reference.

Print

When returning from the payment, you will be automatically redirected to the permit display page.

To view the printable version of the permit, just click the icon or on the text View printable version.

The printable version of the permit is in PDF format.

To view the file, you can use Adobe Acrobat Reader: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Search

To retrieve your permit data, you can open the Search permit link.

Vi saranno richiesti il vostro nominativo, l'identificativo dell'unità e il numero del permesso.
